Thank you, Listings-to-Leads! I emailed a Just Listed flyer to my database early this afternoon. As of my last email check, I had 3 buyers request information about a specific property type (i.e. Foreclosure homes). These buyers were already in my database but not actively looking.

I've been farming my own neighborhood for 3 months and I've already got 5 deals out of it. I'm posting these videos in our neighborhood Facebook group as well.
